A Café which prides itself on its coffee, a produce driven menu and a unique range of gourmet Australian pantry items. The aim is provide ‘no fuss’ quality, service and relaxed enjoyment for Novocastrians and visitors alike.
The space is modern industrial – It is hard and raw. The lines and surfaces are clean and clear – Much of the furniture and fittings are handmade and recycled materials. The aim is to show the beauty of construction, natural materials, ready made objects. It is also in many ways a tribute to the working class history of Newcastle, her industries and the exciting times ahead for our City.
The concept of The Bolton Street Pantry was born in the mind of Zach Levien over years in the industry. The vision and goal was to be simple and easy – Eating out & socialising should be that way! Every object in the space has a history, reflects on a journey and pays tribute to family, friends and days long past.
The Bolton Street Pantry is a place to meet and relax. It is a place to sit and work. It is a place to socialize, celebrate, gossip and laugh… The Pantry is built on the philosophy of creating experiences for the people of Newcastle and our visitors. We do this through quality produce, products and people. We do it humbly with passion and skill.
